State Dinner on your dime

Politico has posted pictures of the State Dinner, How many of you have gotten to go out and be wined and dined on someone else's dime lately? I can't believe they would want their pictures of living it up on the taxpayers dollar, while some people are starving and freezing to death! Does this ring familiar to anyone to what has happened to good government trusting people in other countries?
